What's the greatest numerical disparity you've ever faced and beaten?
For me it was invading Brittany with an army of 50 guys against a defending force of around 800.
My army was 17 Royal Knights lead by a nutcase of a Prince and 33 Hobilars. Early period. Enemy was 500 peasants, 200 spearmen, 180 urban militias and some archers.
I knew their general had no valour, and the army was green as grass, so I just stormed in with two arrowhead formations. Killed the general in the opening hit and just ploughed through, they routed like nobody's business and the final tally was that I had killed 12, captured 342 and lost 3.
