Why can't I recruit celtic units as Romani player?

Hello.

I have a short question.

I' m playing as Romani and conquered great parts of the celtic territories. I build local barracks there but I can't recruit any celtic units.

I'm actually playing EB 1.1, as I played older version before, I was able to recruit celts in nearly every local barracks.

Check out the recruitment viewer. You'll see that requirements for recruiting regional troops have been boosted. You'll start getting them at the level 3 MIC.

Also, you can check all the MIC's unit level on the Arka Unit Cards. Forgive me if it was obvious.

Have they been updated? I thought they were all from 0.81a?

There aren't any unit cards in the 1.1 RV either.

True, but (mysteriously or not) I still have them installed on my EB folder. I mean, you can still look up to them.

yeah installing the new version of the recruitment viewer didn't delete the old cards. So you have 0.81 cards and not 1.1.
