Hey,
I was wondering how to make a script that will allow a settlement's name to be edited (with the EDIT_SETTLEMENT_NAMES:TRUE option on) if a certain faction capures it.

Huh, that's weird.
Even with the BI Options enabled?
Yep, I don't think you can do that with a script, since it would require altring the contents of a file mid-game (which is parsed on application startup).

I think this is only possible for human player, but not with a script.
