Just a question: I'm playing the tyberius mod for X::3.0 and liking it but I'm having a hard time sorting out which of his units are best to use for what situation,as there's all kinds of new units I've never heard of before,so how do you go about sorting out the new unit types for that particular mod.

Actually, there are no new unit types per se, but certainly a good number of new units. One of the things Tiberius made, tangent of new types of units, is he gave some cavalry units a "bonus attacking cavalry" feat. Otherwise it's spears, swords, axes etc. just as usual.

If you'd like to have a closer look a the new units' stats, I suggest scrolling the unit_prod with Gnome editor. :yes:

So there's no guide to the new units? Pity that there isn't as I don't want to be fiddling around in Gnome editor every time I encounter a new unit, I just want to know what it's capable of so either I can figure out how to use it in my armies,or how to deal with it,as the AI seems to love fielding armies full of units I've never heard of before..

I didn't read a guide on every unit I came across when I first played MTW, so I'm a "learn by experience/first-hand" kinda guy.
No guide for me? No problems! :cool4:
Unless I constantly lose against the same troops, then there are problems. =P
