Battlefield Unit Review Panel contrast

The contrast between unit cards that are highlighted/selected and those not highlighted isn’t sharp enough. Often I can’t easily tell what unit is selected.

I have experienced this since EB 1.1 while playing both Carthage and KH.

Is there any way to fix this?

You could turn the green arrows back on?

That helps, but it's really about the unit cards. There's not enough contrast between the selected and the unselected.

I don't think you can change it but I could be wrong.
