I think Eqvites Singvlares (Picked General's Guard Cavalry) is Agustan reformed general's guard. Am I right???...:book: :book:

This unit:
https://www.europabarbarorum.com/i/units/romani/roman_eqvites_singvlares.gif

This unit replaces Eqvites Consvlares (Republican Consular Guard Cavalry) after Augustan reform , doesn't it?????

This unit doesnt have general_unit_upgrade attribute so they are not upgraded bodyguards!!!!

Does that mean we cant get them after Augustan reform ?????

Any idea??:book:

Isn't that attribute for units that you get with the March of Time reforms?
If so, it doesn't need it, because the Romani reforms are done with the script.

But I'm not sure.

True, but the scripted reforms do not affect bodyguard upgrades. Unfortunately, only the "march of time" event can do that, and since it often strikes way too early (in the Polybian era, while Equites Singulares should be an Augustean unit), the option was disabled. Equites Singulares do not appear in the campaign, but I think they are still in the custom battles.

Thanks a lot :balloon2:

I will bound them to the "march of time" :smash: :clown: :egypt:

Does march of time actually do anything? Aso, due to the levy system you can't actually get citizen units in custom battles

-Reformed Pezhetairoi for Makedonia
-New bodyguards for Baktria, Hayasdan, Pahlava

Those are the most important things, IIRC.

You get access to some new naval units as well I believe.

March of Time also gives the KH access to its implementation of the Pezhetairoi concept.

Thpught so, but have only ever really been in a position to notice after the event - I got bored playing as mst of them, save the Koinon, and I only built a big enough barracks afterwards. RTFM? Sorry, what does that mean?
