Still can't get EB 1.1 to load a campaign

I have tried most of the recommended fixes in the sticky called EB installation validation and still can't get a clean download of EB 1.1. Here is my EB validation report:

Any help would be appreciated, I'm about to give up and go back to 1.0.

The validation results alone are not very helpful. The descr_strat.txt error could be due to fact, that you have applied LORDBULA's fix, which replaces the EB 1.1 version of that file.

It is better to also describe your problem in more detail.
