Then after continuing this happened:

I'm stumped:help:
Yeah, that happens for some few people. I see you've got Java installed, but it still doesn't recognize the main class when you run it. Perhaps you'll have more success if you unpack the eb.jar file in the same folder (it's really a zip file, rename it to eb.zip if your packer doesn't recognize the file type) and change the classpath in the validateInstall.bat file to "." (without the quotes).
Not guaranteed to, though. Some others with the same problem haven't been able to get around it.

Version?
@Bovi: could you check the version of the JDK you used to compile your class files with?
Also: you could include a Main-Class attribute; while it would enable anyone to run the .jar archive without the .bat file (which isn't intended, I know) -- it may just fix this issue in case it hasn't got to do with versions....
@Kibbles5724: could you run cmd.exe and type java -version at the prompt? That should output your java version information. Your java version should be greater than or equal to the version used for compilation. Just post the information here, so Bovi can check if that is indeed the 'culprit'.

That you may benefit from updating your Java to 1.6.0_05...

Updated java to 1.6 and im now getting this. Still tells me that file doesn't exist when i continue and ask me if i want to create one.
The classes are compiled with java 1.4.
Kibbles, have you installed EB under Program Files? If so, you should try to move RTW+EB outside of there, for instance c:\RomeEB.
