Democracy games are a dying breed, LotR is at the head of a plagued army. What are we going to do about this? Would you medieval tw old hands be interested in this kind of thing? You know, to just pass the time of day..

Though I think I sort of understand the concept, lurking around in the Throne Room and reading the Gahzette, I am very worried that such a game would take too much of my already limited time.

I think I would be great fun, and I'd love to join a game, but I would hate to be the one who crashed it by not being able to fullfill my obligations.

If we could somehow make a "light" game then I would reconsider.

Same here. Sounds like fun but I don't have enough spare time. Godsdammit, I don't even have playing time atm...:(

A 'light' game I think would be in everyones best interests.

I suspect that the 'weight' of the game is very much dependent on how many people are willing to at least try to participate. If there are many the load on each is light. I would participate if there were a LOT of other participants.

So are we for it?

Why not give it a shot - few players have answered this tread, so I would think we should keep the numbers low. And somebody (other than me) would have to at least come up with a basic set of guidelines and rules for such a 'light' game.

But the idea is fine...

In that case first of all we need to decide on a way to incorporate people into the MTW engine.

Ok I feel really stupid asking this, but I'm kinda lost as to what this game is. If someone could explain it to me, that'd probably help. And I'd also like to add, if I am able to understand how this works, think I could play too guys?
