Gotta love Hayasdan progression throught the campaign, awesome units, awesome location, awesome everything ! thanks Foot and all the persons who did Hayasdan awesome the way it is! ^^
:smash::smash::smash:

though..lol.....its quite insane playing it on VH/VH lol i'm killing myself to destroy all of the white dressed invaders :dizzy2:
after a few days playing i managed to conquer this settlements

Not much nor enough to consider it stable, since i got a massive pontic army right on my border, they are my allies, but i think they'll strike me at some point, i also got lotsa seleukids harrassing my arse lol
every turn more and more of them show up, though the only army i have is mainly composed by cataphracs and arches (arches is the reason why i got so far, winning lotsa battles losing only 5%-10% of my force:sweatdrop:)

even though i'm winning, i'm growing tired of onslaughting those harassing armies they send:no:
i wanna have time to grow economicly too !:embarassed: but seems to be impossible as Hayasdan..lol

how do i make money, build up an army, expand my country, and still counter attack the white death?
lol
:help:

and thanks again to Foot and all the people who worked on Hayasdan, i felt in love with it !:sweatdrop:

I see the solution here: they're 8 of them, they're in that stack, and have superhuman abilities. you can use them to single-handidly bash the grey death:clown:, then expand south. as for the steppes: live with it. trying to mount an attack on them is suicidal: huge distances, little to no roads, and lots of HA's hell bent on making an invader's life a living hell. the only ones who can properly tackle them are the phlavan, the Saka, and other sauromatae (though there is only one)

yarp, i'm bashing them to death every battle, but.....i have one stack to hold three mountain passages, they enter in my lands through all of them, i go to one of their stack, destroy it, but, there are two others making siege on two other cities of me! :dizzy2:
and with that stack, and having cities under siege, no money for me:no:

Build forts on the three Caucasus passes, it will save you some time and avoid the besieging of your cities, then allowing you to maintain your income.

Try to take Albania on the Caspian and build ports in order to make a little trade with pahlava. Kalabaka will act as a magnet for the Sarmatian invaders, shortening the frontline.

In the west, sea trade will give you much but later in the game, when the provinces around the black sea fall into the hands of KH or Getai. the key to your recovery will be the number of provinces, you should make a stubborn move to the south: Karthiokerta should become your frontline in order to secure your inner provinces. From there you should be able to raid Mesopotamia if you need a fiancial boost.

Why are you actually playing on VH/VH? VH battles screw up balance...

Hmm....even so thats kind risky, since if i dont take Karthiokerta quickly they'll rampage me i'll do it
for the sake of the nation i shalt move south :charge::knight::viking:

i want a real tough campaign, medium battles means no good, hard to hell battles, then the campaign turns into a 'peaceful' economicly thing, since, in medium, is kind impossible to lose battles, at least for me lol, i wanna face impossible foes and brind 'em all down :hmg::sweatdrop:

Dang, my 3 paragraph post seems to be gone, and I was first too!
Anyway....

Just blitz pontos and Babylon, charax, and Seleucia, they will stop any sieging if you do that, also avoid the ptolemies.
