Hey guys... anyone ever ran into William Wallace or Robin Hood during the game? Also, since they are rebels, were you able to actually bribe them and have them join your army? Ohhh... it would be awesome to marry off one of my daughter to William Wallace, and have him lead conquests for greater Britania! Rule Britania, Ruler of the waves.... :P
i got william wallace... just kept making those scots rebel, then look at the general each time

I got William Walayas once, if that counts?
He was the general of a Scotish Revolt. His unit was Pikemen and he was a 4 star general with the Great Leader virtue (and another that I can't remember..)

I got Joan of Arc as the French.
She started as a 7 star general with zero Acumen.
Married her to one of my princesses.

I got Guy of Gisbourne as an English assassin and Geoffrey Chaucer as an Emissary. Gisbourne kicked arse, probably the best ex-communication rememedy I've come across.

What a shame... our best alltime general. I believe even Napoleon was not as great as her. A lesbian????? What a bug. We should sent our armed forces destroy activison's buildings.....

War is not about who is right, only about who is left
If you bribe Robin Hood (he comes as a rebel in both Northumbria and Wessex) and then gives him a title he becomes Lord of Locksley. Isn't that a nice touch.
But damn! Lesbians... hahah
Then I guess the Vice Perversion is not so bad (she likes little boys rather than little girls).

BTW, Danish Crusades are true to history.
You may not care about war, but war cares about you!
My son is very proud of the fact that he killed William Wallace in the very first Scottish rebelion of his English Campaign.
Apparently the Generals unit led the charge and went down under a hail of English arrows.
I've had Thomas Beckett appear as a level 3 Bishop. Right pain to kill though.

What's funny is: one of my bishops is Thomas Beckett. I'm up to year 1172 and the guy's still alive even though in one of the end-year scenes it said he was put to death!
d'oH!
