Why is there a friends system now? If I wanted a big list of friends I chat to online I'd use myspace or facebook or friendster or... <insert long list of similar places>. I've been away for a little while and am hit with a huge wall of colour and friends whenever I check out someone's user profile... sorry about the semi-rant and I may sound like a guy living in the past but, I don't really like this sought of thing. The friends just show how lonely you are and the customizations will most likely end with people having monster images in their backgrounds that take forever to load on a slower internet connection.

Just my 2 cents on the new system, oh sorry if this is more of a frontroom-ish sought of thread - hey, I've been overseas for the past few weeks, give me a break (feels like months though :grin:).

you can get rid of their colours and pictures by clikcing 'hide user customisations' at the top.

1. as has been said user customizations can be hidden

2. you are the first one I've seen to use customization, I didn't even know it was possible

3. whether or not you're lonely has nothing to do with a friends list :dizzy2:
