i love the idea, but it's poorly executaded (hahahah- get it?) my inquisitors hardly ever kill ne1, and the nme inquisitors always kill loads of my guys??? how????

The enemy inquisitors get to target any general - including the general of your mercenary Saracen infantry unit - which strikes me as pretty perverse, and of course gives them some easy targets to train up on! Meanwhile you can only target the leader of any opponenets stack http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/frown.gif

first target some of your own emissaries. maybe some peasant generals. work your way up. spies, bisshops of your own, anything cheap. then target some enemy emissaries or princesses.

gather some stars. then go for the bigger things. start with 1 or 2 star enemy generals, work your way up. end up with the pope.
