Problem "Failed to open Sound Database"

It is not going to load in the european barbarorum, a window appears that it says "Failed to open Sound Database", you clicking "okay" the game simply closes.. You can fix this? Thank you..

Sounds like a corrupt installation. Please run the validation. Just a hunch, but putting this file (ftp://europabarbarorum.org/mss32.dll) in your RTW folder might help.
