Torrent not downloading

I'm trying to download this mod using uTorrent but I'm getting an error message in the Tracker window which says: 'no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it'

Is the Tracker currently down?


I am able to download other Torrents so I don't think anything is wrong with my setup.


I'd love to try this out. :yes:

12 Hours later and still no connection.

Could someone tell me if they are either downloading or seeding the torrent?
