I've installed EB on a BI.exe, using the installer by Ferromancer, though, i do not know how to remove the banners, pointy arrows below the units and the regular UI, could someone tell me how to remove all those?

Havok you have this incredible ability to name threads in way such that there is no possible way of discerning what it is particularly about until it is opened. Please start naming your threads with a bit more information.

To remove them you need to change the preferences.txt file in the EB mod folder.

DISABLE_ARROW_MARKERS:TRUE
SHOW_BANNERS:FALSE

\EB\preferences\preferences.txt

However, the TrivialScript makes this much easier. (Look for a shortcut to EB Configuration in your RTW folder)

Heh, I've been looking for this change myself. I've just added this to my EB for BI installer as an optional checkbox :) When I'm done testing out other new changes I've made to the installer I'll post an updated exe to the thread (the link under my signature).
