Logon Error?

I tryed to log on today and got a message saying "Logon Error"

what does that mean?

Without knowing for sure, I think it means that your login info (name and password) is either incorrect or got garbled in transmission. I suppose there could also be some sort of server problem (data not coming back from the database) that would produce this error message.
