Money to AI

Since i've experienced on my last campaigns, the mindless AI who never goes into the green, i was wondering if someone can do a script that gives them money? that would be sorta useful

I know it does, but i think isn't enough for certain factions like Hayasdan on my campaign, they are in the red since the first turns of the game, and i dont think they'll be able to get out of that huge debt
