How do I teleport people and stacks around the map? I have heard people mention it but havnt worked out how. Will I get a CTD if I teleport an army into that inacessable bit of the sahara and take the secret town?

move_character "CHARACTER NAME" x,y
To get the internal names, look at the descr_names.txt.
To get the x,y coordinates hover your mouse over the desired area (make sure it's not inaccessible terrain, e.g. mountain top) and bring up the console and type in show_cursorstat.
You don't want to conquer the secret town. There's no point.

It's even worse for Sweboz generals, with all those accent marks.

What am I doing wrong, just getting the internal names wrong? What do i do, say I have a FM called Hanno, do I go into the description_names file, look up the carthage names and use the one that looks most like Hanno (HannoA in this case)?

Correct syntax is thus:
move_character "HannoA" 7,3
In any case it's more likely he's actually "Hanno ofcarthago" if he doesn't have a surname.

I already read it... but what happens if you destroy those buildings...(umm I think I'll go find it out)
Weird stuff. Really weird evil stuff.
Just believe us.

Actually, Teleklos Archelou will spring up and tell you very dirty jokes. So it's best not to try it.
After that, you will be eaten by rabid cellphones.

So, wait, if a character has a surname, how does that fit into the equation? Would it be move_character "Alkyoneus Agreades" x,y ?

Yes; Hellenic names are relatively easy. When they've got three names, you just join the second two together without a capitalisation on the third. Although some of the KH ones don't actually use the third name in their internal name.
