My last attempt to play this franchise again

This thread was moved...and I'm not exactly thrilled about it. This issue started in the apothecary 3.5 months ago and yielded no help for anyone.

This is my final attempt...forever. I'm linking emails from Sega confirming the issue, spending hours writing emails and writing messages on forums again etc. I'll give it one last go with this thread.

Perhaps instead of moving it this time, we could spend that time looking into the issue and attempting to resolve it. You know, I was apologized to by members of this community, CA reps, Sega...and I don't understand why. nobody is interested in spending even 1 minute trying to help a customer who did nothing more than buy Gold- which was released with a bad exe file. Fact.

Please...but again, if it's SO much trouble, fine don't bother. I'll just move back to WiC where someone would respond to this issue in under an hour. It's 3.5 months of effort here.

As this is not a suitable thread for the Citadel, these threads need to stay in the Apothecary, which is for all kinds of tech help getting games to run and patches to work.
Needless to say, when your thread was moved, a redirect was left in its place so people browsing this forum can also hop by to have a look.

However, you must understand that this is not some official support forum where people are obliged to solve every issue thrown at them, but a fan-run forum where people offer help if they want and can out of their own free time and will.

To my knowledge, there has not been a resolution to the issue you and some others are experiencing and you would likely be best off continuing trying your luck with SEGA or CA or possibly another fan site.

As your other thread still exists and remains open, this duplicate will therefore be locked.

I would like to ask you to remain civil during your stay here. Sending abusive PMs to me is not helpful.
