Need help finding a gnome...

Well, I've had MTW on my new computer for a little while, and I'm wanting to try to get back to setting up my little custom mods I do on top of the excellent, comprehensive mods released by others. However, I am having trouble finding a working link to download my favorite modding tool, the gnome editor. Does anyone know where I could get a link to it?
