I put this together in response to a thread on TWC (http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=175100), where it seemed we were all talking past one another. Now I note that in the tech forum, we have a very good "how to install EB" guide (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=80270). But I think it stops just short of something which might need to be tacked on the end - how to be sure you've done everything right (and how to activate the script).

Thus I present you with

How to tell if you're playing Europa Barbarorum, a pictorial guide.

The first thing you see on a new Ptolemaic game, I click on Memphis, advisor pops up:

Now it probably needs filling out with more instructions on what's going on, but it's a start. Useful?

Seriously though, does anyone else think it would be a good idea to add it to the end of the installation instructions? A kind of visual validation that you've done everything correctly.

I'd put emphasis on the fact the initial loading screen can take a while...that makes new users complain a lot because many think it has crashed.

Bruce Lee? EB could kick Bruce Lee's ass into the next world...twice...with no legs! Maybe...Bruce Lee should appear in EB as a special character...and army of martial artists armed with nunchucks!...or...not? :2thumbsup:

i can see your faction icons are a lot more clearer than the eb 1.1 i just installed.
so i know i have some kind of problem hhmm

so yeah its a great idea
