I observe from the Recruitment Viewer that the recruitment area for Arabian regionals has been expanded significantly. Now, I’m sure that this being EB, the team has a very good historical reason for the change. I’d be interested in hearing it just for the sake of my own curiosity, but that’s not the point.
The point is that in my current 1.1 Makedonian campaign, the Seleukid and Ptolemaic armies are spamming these Arabian troops, which has the result of making their armies easier to defeat than they were in 1.0. I’m interested to know if anyone else has encountered this problem, and if the team thinks any changes should be made as a result thereof. Thanks.

I've actually found that while their stats are bit lower then comparable troops, their morale seems to be better and they rout a lot less then let's say, the Pantodapoi they normally would spam out. Actually makes the battles last a bit longer for me.

I'm playing a campaign presently where the seleucids and ptolemy are getting rolled by the Parthians, Bactrians, Hyasdan and Saba. I've never seen this to this degree at all. It could explain a few things though.

Can't say I've seen it either playing as Hayasdan, Pontos and Baktria. They usually just field kind of weak cannon fodder armies at first, then start throwing out tons of elites in my experience. I haven't seen an abundance of arabian troops, perhaps I would if I ventured far into Seleukid territory to the core provinces where they can recruit them.
