No CD Question

Now, my problem is that I had a no CD crack installed just because it's so much easier to use. After reading the help page I uninstalled everything and reinstalled it all, completely vanilla. Unfortunately, it was then that I realized that my CD was at a friends house so I can't play until he returns it. So, my question, do I have to wait until I get it back to play this mod, or is there any sort of temporary fix that I can use for the time being?

The .org forums do not allow for discussions on no-CD cracks and other paraphanalia that may have legal uses but a largely used for illegal use of games that harm the gaming industry (particularly developers you evil bastards!).
