After playing M2TW several times I realized that I had already won well before gunpowder units became common, so I had never really had a chance to use them. I therefore did some custom battles with them and found out that they are waaay underpowered. If it was RTW I would just go and edit the units file, but I do not have room to extract the files for M2TW.
I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to go out of their way and greatly increase the damage done by the various hand cannon and musket wielding troops (by 3 or 4 times in necassary) and reduce their accuracy somewhat. Also, could you half or more the damage that cannons do to buildings, but triple their cost and quadriple the number of cannons in a unit? :beam:
When I want modding stuff done I usually do it myself, but am unable to this time. I would greatly appreciate it if someone would do this for me.

i modded my export_descr_unit gunners to hav like 100 moissile attack lol, but the limit seems to be 63, as every gun unit was 63 when i went bk on the game after, its not differcult to do really...i hav completely modded unit stats 4 all units on my retrofit, assuming its legal, i could send you the export_descr_unit txt file if u like...

It is quite legal , being it is basically what happens when you download a mod :yes:
