You can find details of the cheat unlocker which enables all the disabled cheats here (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?p=618347). You can find the download link here (http://mizus.org/files/files/RTW/Tools/rtw_cheat_enabler_Finn.zip) (the one in the thread is broken). Make sure you read the thread first though, there are certain steps that need to be performed first.

Bear in mind that the steps relating to locating the required executable, as documented in the thread, are not able to be discussed on this forum due to rules inhibiting discussion of cracks or similar items.

It says that it only supports v1.0 and v1.2, does that mean that it won't work at all with v1.5/1.6? =(
