Making a New Map

Everytime i try to add a new region using the TiME map editor it doesn't work and just CTM's. I have used the guide by Myrddraal and it's still not worked. It comes up on the desktop error in C:/program files etc.......my_campaign/descr_regions.txt. 'Test Region' not found.

Also i have seen people create their own maps and i was wondering do they do it from scratch or do they use a map and work from there?

make sure you have the edited. all the correct files;
in text folder: imperial_campaign_regions_and_settlement_names
in base folder: descr_regions
in imperial_campiagn folder: descr_regions_and_settlement_name_lookup and descr_strat

I make mine from scratch. Takes more work, But I get the results from it I want, and if I c=get an error, I know all that I did, so it isnt that hard to locate.

Just for the record, I do not trust text editors.
