OUCH!! Just an observation - and I guess an opinion.

It seems I have been playing BC for too long. I finally installed Kingdoms this week and have started a Britannia Campaign as the Welsh, I had totally forgotten how much less movement points (for all units - ESPECIALLY SPIES, DIPLOMATS AND MERCHANTS!!!) you have in vanilla/kingdoms compared to Broken Crescent. IMO in hindsight, now that I have played both, I think the vanilla/kingdoms game should of had roughly the same movement points. (yes, I know the movement points in BC were probably increased to counter for the zoomed in map - but I'm entitled to my opinion!). Is the latest SS mod any different again? I'll be downloading that as soon as I can in any case.

Mind you, after only 4turns into this Welsh campaign, I am really enjoying it. I cant wait to go to bed, then go to work and then get on the computer tomorrow night to continue.

I will post some shots later in Monk's thread.

I agree, I mean 4 years to trek across Britain.

There are a lot of pubs in Britain to stop at. Also there is afternoon tea. And, then they can only march when it is dry. So that leaves about 2 weeks a year for campaigning.
