As this is the first time ever that I decided to cheat while playing Eb or any other mod on RTW, I am having some problems and need help. First i decided to move two makedonian characters with full stalk armies from Mytilene to Attika. First I entered the show_cursorstat that give me the coordinates of Attika 141,110. Then I decided to move the characters concerned, move_character "Anaximandros_kremasteus" 141,110., but an error appears, character not found. I searched the names in the Eb folders but it seems that the Makedonians have no hidden middle names as the arverni or aedui. Still I can figure this out, any help will be great. Also when adding units to say the pahlava do I have to write down the name as it is ,native language ( english).
Cheers.
Try move_character "Anaximandros Kremasteus" 141,110 if the characters name displayed in the map is Anaximandros Kremasteus.

Thanks for the tip Gugus, already tried that one, only the show_cursorstat works, i am thinking that the cheats dont work on my RTW exe.

It's highly character- and case-sensetive.
No underscore "_" between the character's name. Don't end the command with any punctuation marks "." ",". Second name must be capitalised.
Some use inscrutable internal names which you simply can't use.

Thanks Quintus, but lets see if I understand you. So I have to write
move_character "Quintus Sertorius" 141,110 :2thumbsup:

If this is a regular problem for you Quintus you may want to try taking a look at "\EB\Data\Text\names.txt". Lists the internal names on the left, and their ingame equivalents on the right, bit of a pain in the middle of a game but you should be able to get the right data for romeshell.
move_character "Anaximandros Kremasteus" 141,110
This should be correct, like Quintus said its absolutely case sensitive and you need to get it right for it to work so make sure you're typing exactly that above.
Are you getting any error messages or does it just appear like nothing's happening?
Remember the character must be moved from open ground to open ground (ie not in a settlement or a fleet or something).
Also its unlikely but I don't suppose there's more than one "Anaximandros Kremasteus" is there?

There are some that don't even feature in there, or the best one, the odd Hai, Baktrian or Pahlavan captain who isn't actually called what you can see.
Or any Hai FM called "Hayasdanits" which apparently is an invisible/silent name, because I just discovered by experimentation that they apparently only use their first name.

I believe Hayasdanits is the epithet of the nationality trait. Same applies with Yervanduni, which is the epithet for the Royal hai Family Member or whatever it's called trait. Taking this even further, I believe every Hai surname is an epithet, thus not really a name from the name file, thus it wouldn't work in the RomeShell.
