some character making ctd

so im playing as the romans and in western north africa there is this one carthage general who is ALLWAYS causing ctd when i battle with him ON THE BATTLE MAP, sometimes before its stars or after i win. ill put the year up and some other info i cant remember 2morow because it late for me right now and i dont feel like starting eb up again. heres the save http://rapidshare.com/files/132965341/battle.sav.html

You saved the game just before a battle. This causes problems, you must always save on your turn, without an impending battle. You should revert to an older save where you did not save prior to a battle.

Edit: Nevertheless, it worked fine on my computer. Make sure you follow the suggestions in the frequent issues sticky. Here's the save from after the battle.
