So what is the most mnai that you have earned from a single settlement? At Rhegion, I believe I was continually making ~4000 or more.

6,000 in Kart-Hadast
Of course this is with about 3 heavily armed armies across the world.

I don't have an exact figure, but at some point Dalminion made me about 9,000 Mnai / turn, after paying for upkeep etc, in a Roman campaign.

It helped that huge mines were built, a governor was present, and naval trade does wonders as well. :D

Easily over 10000, and I think it was Dalminion or Athens. Probably Athens, seeing the numbers the others have.

14,000 in Dalminion. 7,000 mining, another 7,000 trading. This with my huge Roman Empire and all buildings completed.

As the Seleukids in Sardis I am currently bringing in 7200 per turn. Didn't know Sardis was such a big money maker until now.

I conquered the crimea and georgia and all of turkey...... Byzantine was a large city with games and such, and was making 24,000+ because of all its trade. It was sick.

14,000 in Gader, not including all the money it was paying out for my armies iirc. 2 mines+lots of land trade+3 very close ports in Africa means giant piles of money even without a good governor.

Almost 11,000 in Athens.
Just like in Vanilla, if you control the Aegean, you're pretty much set for mnai.

Gader(or one of the cities with a large port down there) - 12,000 on low taxes with nearly all the money coming from trade.

and

Pella - 9,000 on low taxes with a mix of trade and mining.

This is with a large Roman Empire where every single mediterrean port is mine except for Rhodes which is allied.

Mine would be around 6,000 mnai in Pella.
