Map problem converting ROP for use in Alex

I keep getting a CTD, with no message and no map.rwm, as soon as I try to launch the Campaign. I've converted the ROP map for use in Alexander, but it just doesn't want to load. I've looked at Mak's thread about map errors, nothing fits the bill. I've looked at the Guide to CTD's: Nope. I don't know what could be causing it. It does take a bit of time to CTD though.
