Hello,

I want to get any info that in the places of non-reformed provinces outlying etc. which government type do you suggest nomadism, pastoralism, or client state?

and Do you have a list of provinces or map something like that that shows reformed parthian government
can take place?

any suggestion will be welcomed.

I just want to build stone walls in non-reformed areas is it possible or not?

and do you advice nomadism in north, transaxiona, khwarezm..
and client states in syria, anatolia, india ...

I know I ask too much :embarassed:

but I became indecisive to build a client state or pastoralism but ı hate nomadism type government.

thanks for your patience :beam:

At the top of this section of the forums is a Map Thread (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=102719), the very first map shows the provinces where your reformed places can be built. As the parthians, I would say go with the most civilized options you have. Cilent State, if not then pastoralism. They only need nomadism in the few places where it gives them good native steppe units. Unlike the Saka/Sarmatians who need it for their best, the Parthians get their good units from MICs.
