Recently I've started a Sabaean campaign. After much trouble and risk, I managed to expand my one-region empire, and found a problem. I can't find the city of Dumatha in Arabia province. I've looked at the game files, and didn't found any data about it. I've downloaded a map and there I see where the city should be, but it isn't there ingame. Altough it's a big province, I've looked at it thoroughly, but didn't find it anywhere. So I don't know a way to counquer a province without a city. Can someone please help?

I only found one suspicious thing: There should be a garrison in the city at coordinates 3,3, which AFAIK should be in the sea, northwest of Scotland.

Is was removed a few patches ago, and was replaced by the city Utica/Atiqa near Carthage.

It is impossible without cheating to conquer cental arabia.

The city "Terhazza" of the Province "Eremos" is what you'll have to conquer to "own" that area, it's in the very Southwest corner of the map.

Ok, I understand now, but in that case, I can't finish my campaign, because AFAIK (I'm at work now so can't check it out) it's in my list of provinces which I need to own.

Thanks for the quick reply :)

The victory maps are outdated. You don't need central Arabia to win.

Except that you can't conquer it without cheating (as the city can't be reached) and that you shouldn't anyway because it is used to place script markers.
