ships??

Hi I have EB 1.1 (great stuff, if a bit drawn out) but I cant recruit ships is this a bug. I have upgraded the port building 3 or 4 times without being able to recruit ships. I am in Britian so this is a big deal if I ever wish to visit Gaul.

In EB, ships are built on a specialized military shipyard that can only be constructed in certain provinces. For the Casse, these provinces are Ictis and Erain. You can find a map of these provinces in this topic (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=102719).
