how to recruit hypaspistai in antiochea as epeiros?

what govt and MIC do i need? the recruitment viewer says i can, but i don't seem to be able to...

if anyone can help me out with this i'd be most grateful, as it'd allow me to bring the hurt to the Ptolemaioi in a whole new way...

You need a level 5 factional barracks. Which given it's Expansion, not Homeland is impossible, since you need a type I government to get the top tier factional.

Or to wit, you can't.

The only way is to do what is a bit of an exploit a cheat: if the AS govt building is still there, crank up your factional MIC to lvl5 then proceed as you would've done usually.

Or: remod EB to make it possible 'legally'.
