It's a browser based game, and based on your real country of origin, you are placed in a country in the game, and you can create companies, political parties, be elected to governor or ruler of your country, all while maintaining a level of wellness.

It's what I picked actually, since I'm guessing that the Netherlands aren't anymore influential than in the real world :juggle2:

EDIT: according to the wiki on their site though, Germany was annexed by Sweden. And Pakistan rules India and China :laugh4:
