The Roman delegate strode out of the dusty, run-down building that had served as the diplomatic center of Oman. He saddled up his horse, and began the long ride back to Constantinople.

After several weeks of travel across the Arabian coast, he reached the holy city of Jerusalem. While there, he met up with his friend, the emissary of the Latin King. It's an odd story between the two. The Latin had been storming out of the Omani diplomacy shack just as the new Roman was entering to replace his comrade. The Latin had warned the Roman, and sure enough, here was the Roman who stormed out as well.

The two took a ship to Constantinople, and there they set up their own international diplomacy council. This one was in a significantly larger and cleaner building than the dirty hovel they had visited Sur. The finest amenities were to be provided for any diplomats from other nations who decided to come.

The one exception would be for Oman. If they are to take part in this council, both emissaries would wish for a letter of apology from the Great Imam to be sent along with the Omani emissary. Other than that, all other nations are completely welcomed.

And now, the only thing for the two diplomats to do would be to talk and wait.

The Roman ambassador opens the meeting and calls it to order.

Welcome, all...

he looks around and sees only the Latin delegate

...and welcome to all those who aren't presently... err, present. I have called this meeting, that we might have some civilized discussions, debates, and diplomatic encounters.

The Roman looks towards one of the slave girls who is busy setting up the delegate's tables.

Some very... personal... diplomatic encounters. If you will all excuse me, I need to take a brief recess. The Latin delegate has the floor.

And I have the table, mutters the Roman.

The Great Imam title has been removed due to the fact that he is about to die, the Great Imam of Omanis is unknown, also the fact that the diplomat 1st ran away, lol. but yeah. to IC, The Great Imam title has been taken over by a Military General that has no blood lines to the Great Imam Marshed (Due to the fact that The Great Imams are like. Voted in, He is simply from the royal Family), as he would even change the "Great Imam" into "Sultan". ofcourse, His priorities are VERY different than the current ones, maybe the leaders should see the new raise in power in the Omani's Courts, and send him a letter to favor a side.

To make it simple, The Royal Family took power from the voted Imams.

Doors open and a man enters the room. It's clear to see that this man is Muslim.

I am here to represent our great Caliph.
If there are any questions to Him then you should turn to me.

The man takes a seat behind one of the tables..

The Roman just looks at him, and then at the slave girl, and then at the Caliph's emissary.

Uhhhh.... this table is taken.

A Georgian Diplomat enters, notices the kind of encounters that can be made there, does a quick sign of the cross, and sits next to the Latin diplomat. It is clear that this emissary is not as experienced as the one in Sur.

after the long journey from the sur tht friendly/mad/angry/psychotic kypchak finally arrives at constantinople, he came on foot as a pose to horse, his clothes were ripped and blood was seeping out of his drained body, his face had ages greatly and he was limping into the room leavin a small trail of mud and blood behind him, his pale face begins to tighten from pain...

Greetings...im sorry about the mess....(gasping for breath) he then faints, all of this is happening so fast that the rest of the council only just realize what has happened...but no one knows what happened to him...

The emissary of Jerusalem is the first to act.

"My god! Is that the Kypchak diplomat from Sur? Servants! One of you, get him some water, the other, find a doctor, and quickly!"

Two servant girls exit, including the one who the Roman had his eyes on. She looks only happy to leave the room. The Latin and the Georgian, with some trouble pick the tall Kypchak up and sit him on a chair. The Roman, annoyed, hastily puts a cloth down under him to keep the expensive upholstery from being stained with mud and blood.

"What has happened to him? This can only be an ill omen of what is to come."

The doors would open and a man in heavy cloth / light armor would come in, He would still have a large one handed Scimitar in its case and a shield on his back. He looked around, seeing troubled Kypcheck and walking past him, Pulling out a scroll from his side satchel.

Ermm.., Members of the council of the West. Sultan Meuzz-adin Al-Yaarobi has sent my fine self to your... council, He has sent me to establish Trade between the Crusading states of the Christian Pope, and other Western powers for the gain of your empires, and the Omani's Arabian Trade Empire. The Sultan is a Kind master, Seeing the Military take over a must for the old government was corrupt. also seeing that Military take over was the result of another Civil Revolt in once hostile Marukia. Now, With a more understanding neutral government in place, The Sultan has taken off our alarmed status of the Military in the south, While the North is awaiting the outcome of the Sindh and Hindu conflict, The Sothern Royal army with Sultan Meuzz-adin Al-Yaarobi himself, is paying a Holy visit in Mecca, The Omani's Arabian Trade Empire is at it's golden age, with the markets booming in all areas from our recent conquests in Zanzibar and our influence grows to the Spice islands of the Far east, We wish to complete a long distance fast trade to Europe and the Crusading people.

I was sent here by Sultan Meuzz-adin Al-Yaarobi himself to do just two of things, to Establish trade with the west, and to make relations better, As you people are... a faith of peace as I do read... I will hope that our empires and kingdoms can agree with this small step toward peace, and trade!

The man would look around the place, He would then walk to a table and sit down... then looked to the Roman.

If I may complement you... You picked a rather nice place to hold such a meeting,

Indeed.

The Romans welcome all who wish to discuss their relations in peace. This council of Constantinople is founded on the principles of non-aggression. Those who would invade their neighbors are not welcome here.

after many days of recovery, the kypchak man is well enough to get up and act for his country

'greetings everyone!' the kypchak gets up and says
'got ambushed by a group of your average rebels while on a stroll through nicaea, my horse was shot down and i had to run to safety, my poor stallion... my khan has recently sent the message that any rbel armies in his path will be exterminated and butchered from now on, futher more our armies have come in downward to rid our allaince of this scums of the land also, i hope our relations with the kharezm shah can be restored, as it would seem there also in civil revolt, so many troubled nations! our allaince must be restored with the new ruler, and the turks, as we are very much confused over there status, are they not facing an over throw also

not sure of its relavance, but a pact with poland has been formed! we hav agreed peace meaning there attempts to take kiev should be no more!
