I see form a previous Topic you are discussing the abscence/precence of Governors, but how do the offices work? Do they follow the follow the Governor (yes, I just discovered that a "general" can have both a title AND an office; clever me) or does it affect all your territories.
e.g. does the Aucmen of the Chancelor only affect the province he is Governor in, the province he is physically in, the province where the repective building is or will it affect all the provinces you own?
