Where the heck are my Hypaspistai?

Hi everybody; I got a small problem that you might solve. I'm playing a campaign as Epeiros; I've reached 130 BC and still no Hypaspistai, Thorikitai or whatever other elite troops. The question is: WHY!

Thanks a lot. In fact I've just installed EB11 and averything's running perfect. I've found them all. Problem solved.
