End of Turn CTD

Right,

I read the Permanent/Temporary fixes sticky, but non seem to apply to my situation. Also be aware I have no mini mods or fixes installed.

This has happened to me both with EB and previously with RTR. I get to the end of the turn, click the end turn button, and nothing happens, I don't even get that 'loud gong sounding bang' you usually get at the end of the turn, it simply freezes, and CTD. I have tried saving in a different slot, moving armies and characters around, but still nothing.

I also have two cities, Pella and Athens on the verge of revolt (on purpose, I wan't to return them to Greece and Macedon, but will first slaugther the population, loot and destroy the city of prety much anything valuable). Would this perhaps be related?

It is a very annoying problem, as I seem unable to continue to play as the Romani (my faction at the momment). The same problem made me leave RTR when I was playing as the parthians.

Any suggestions?

Me too: I have the fixes and this is happening to me *occasionally*. All of my games (Casse, Romani, Sab'yn). Straight CTD after I end my turn.

Does not seem to persist, however. I reboot, load saved game, and it's fine after that. Seems to save the game into Autosave before it dumps me, too, so no harm, no foul.

I never actually tried rebooting and starting again. I did manage to get around the problem however, I just gave the two cities to Greece and Macedon, and that seemed to end the problem.
