CD key? help to get online.

alright,
i registered on gamespy.
im trying to log into it to play some medieval right,
and it says invalid CD key...

im sitting right here with the CD key in front of me, and typed it in a few times.

is maybe something else wrong?
or is it possible someone else used my CD key?
is it possible to get another CD key somewhere?

thoughts? help?

You have typed in your...
1)email address.
2)username.
3)password.
4)your CD Key (exactly as it is shown on the back of your manual or CD case.)
that is...all letters are CAPITALS...'0' are ZEROS...and also type the '-' between each block of four.
5)then press the ENTER KEY.

You should now be able to loggon through the game.

Select
Multiplayer..Play on Gamespy...
your screen should now show..
Email address
Username
Password
A box with,,Click here to change your CD key
and at the bottom of your screen
Continue

Click on Continue to loggon to multiplayer.

(You do not have to loggon to Gamespy to play just through the game disc.)
