Initial impressions suggest mixed results. Good question but too early to tell.
From what i've discovered so far i would suggest starting a new game.
Whilst certain features of the patch may be incorporated into a saved game, it appears that a few vital additions/changes resulting from the patch may need a restart.

What about replays? Those aren't experiencing any problems when ran with the new patch are they?
