If I patch MIITW with patch 1.2 and 1.3, will I loose my saved game?

You shouldn't IIRC, as 1.3 is only a compatibility patch, but I would guess yes anyway.

Most patches have an incompatibility with saves from previous patches. I'm not sure if MIITW is one of them, though. =/
