Plague horrible plague.

This is something I've noticed. Or rather, thought about but hadn't thought to check. Does the number dead from the plague get tacked on to your negative population growth, or are more people moving out so they don't get the plague and they're two independant factors?

The plague kills people each turn, and is a negative factor on Growth Rate as well. I haven't seen anything to make me think they are the same, ergo they are independant.
