As long as AA doesn't mess with your video recording software, on. AA makes the units look less... digital.

Afaik, AA turns a "terraced" line looking

=======...

into a smoother slope. Observe hoplite spears with AA turned on and with AA turned off. So yes, definitely leave it on as long as your machine has enough power to do both this and the movie-capturing.
