First off please forgive me if this has been asked a million times already but I cannot find anything on it! :help:
1. What conditions need to be met for the Marius reforms to happen? Particular year?
2. Apparantly you can also get an Imperial Roman event if a certain personality has the correct traits and the situation is available? could somebody explain what traits are needed and how this works?
Have been playing the Mod for a while now but wanted to explore some Romani campaigns.
