Can't you just make an srt file and keep the subtitles in a separate file to the movie? If the movie and subtitle files have the same name but different extensions, the movie should automatically bring up the subtitles if they're in the same folder, or else you can manually import the subtitles via the media player function.
I'm sorry, but I didn't understand you. I am noobie in this, so explain me again what you tried to say. Never heard of srt files before.

Srt files are subtitle files that can be played alongside a video file. They are text files with the .srt extension.
Open up a new textfile, and write the subtitles in the following format. After you're done, save the file and change the extension from .txt to .srt, giving it the same name (minus extension) as the movie file it accompanies.
[index number]
[start point of subtitle] --> [end point of subtitle]
[subtitle text]
Hence you might have this, orgahs.srt to accompany orgahs.avi.
1
00:00:10,000 --> 00:00:15,000
Presented by Caius
2
00:00:17,000 --> 00:00:22,000
Courtesy of the Org
Orgahs.avi will play, then 10 seconds in, it will show the subtitle "Presented by Caius", which will stay onscreen until 15 seconds in, upon which it will disappear. 17 seconds in, it will show the subtitle "Courtesy of the Org", which will stay onscreen until 22 seconds in, upon which it will disappear.
