Can anyone explain the way the moral bonus from certain building should work. And what those buildings are?

This is my understanding, somebody please correct me if wrong:
Church (Mosque), Monastery and Reliquary each give plus one morale to units built in that province, Cathedral (Grand Mosque) gives +3, all bonuses cumulative.
Sound about right?
Well, without any stats to show for, just build religious buildings (not counting Chapter Houses, but Ribats are ok). They all provide Morale and Loyalty (as well as conversion).

Seems like they don't at all anymore...

Yes Kraxis I recall you pointing out the problems with letting buildings affect valor, especially for troop types relying on more than one building to be built.
It's ok though, makes high valor units something special.

Think master level (including county militia) grant +1 valor for all units. This applies to all unit types under the spear, sword, bow, and horse lines.
Dunno how this applies to, say, varangian guard or gothic sergeants.
One thing that's interesting to note is that, since the horse breeder does not require the excessively expensive and time-consuming castle upgrades, you can get the horse upgrade VERY early.

The Varangians only need Guild, so they will get the bonus, but I have heard that pav arbs don't get any, so Gothics won't either I guess...
