Google has released a version of it's search engine from back in 2001:

http://www.google.com/search2001.html

Let's see what we can find.

A little glimpse (http://web.archive.org/web/20010427131335/www.totalwar.org/ubb/Forum6/HTML/000394.html) of the way the org was back then...

2001:Results 1 - 10 of about 771 for barack obama
2008:Results 1 - 10 of about 77,000,000 for barack obama

There's some things I just don't know how we dealt with back then:

A discussion of the forthcoming sequel to Shôgun: Total War, named Medieval: Total War (out 2002?). Previously known as Crusader: Total War.

Cool :beam:

That's an awesome-looking tool there. Haha - looking at now-famous people like Palin in those days is funny.

Amazing. Without Wikipedia in the results, it's very difficult to find info on things. Takes me back to the days of getting my information for stuff from multiple websites.

Yeah, wikipedia has like 6,000 articles and a goofy format.

It's cool looking at things before 9/11.
